I am realizing the number on the scale is just that, a number. I shouldn't let it haunt me. I am taking an oath, from this month forward I will measure myself in endurance and not a silly number that tells me nothing.

There’s nothing better than climbing into bed with clean sheets
Today was my first day off in 2 weeks and I spent the whole day on my feet doing errands and cleaning the house.
I deserve a good night sleep.
